Automation

Automation is the key to optimizing energy use and reducing operating costs. We develop and implement automation solutions that ensure precise control of process heating and cooling systems. Our experience ranges from simple temperature control to complex sequences where multiple energy sources are combined – for example solar thermal, heat pumps, and electric boilers.

Systems can be expanded with data logging, alarms, remote monitoring, and integration into supervisory systems. We document the functions in clear descriptions, so both operating staff and service personnel can easily follow along. Automation not only ensures efficiency but also more stable production and less risk of human error. With our approach, you get a system that always operates in the optimal range and gives you full control – whether you are at the plant or logging in from the other side of the world.

We have also developed our own control system for large‑scale solar thermal plants, the S200. This control system was described in an article in the magazine Control Design: PLC‑based system controls solar thermal installation in Mexican mining operation.
